I'm a property developer therefore I need the full white goods set 4-5 times a year. Decided to give them a go and bought 4 products. The Philips TV wasn't working and when I returned it I was told I had damaged it in the packaging and wasn't eligible for a refund. Very substandard excuse to forfeit responsibility. In any case i bought another TV from another supplier. I believe with "cowboy" behaviour will be difficult to attract a sticky customer base so take this as constructive feedback to improve your customer service more in line with say amazon. Never ever even thinking to shop from you guys again!
