Paid for Saturday delivery - Advised Saturday morning no vehicles and delivery would be following Thursday!!!!

Then a 40 mile trip to outlet plus 4 hours their trying to sort the problem. The Manager there was helpful however and I managed to get one item in the back of the car and finally the washer was rearranged and turned up on Monday a.m
CustomervService is rubbish and inflexible when a real problem exists
