Appalled! They sent out goods that were very badly damaged. I informed them that the goods were really damaged and sent them photos, but they said because I had assembled them that it voided the returns policy. They offered me £40 for my trouble (my purchase was for a bbq that cost several hundred pounds). The real kicker is that they had a ‘damaged seconds’ one for sale that was considerably cheaper. I explained that they had to accept it back due to the distance selling act, but they refused so now I am having to go to trading standards to try and stop them from ripping more people off like this. If you want to purchase with peace of mind and not have to worry about second rate broken goods and being bullied by a returns department that don’t care I advise you purchase from a more reputable retailer!
