I am very disappointed with this company Appliances Direct. Air cooler stopped oscillating within days of being received and the company, despite being sent email explanations, videos and photos, refused to send me a replacement or refund. If you sit directly in front of the machine you do not get cooling air and the louvres are stuck to one extreme side. I have wasted so much time going back and forth with emails and calling them to explain this purchase is not suitable. I shall now be escalating my complaint to Trading standards. This company knows exactly how NOT to treat their customers.
