Appliances Direct is an excellent company. I have purchased items from them previously and would do so again however in this instance the delivery company let them and me down. I requested and paid for next day delivery. The company failed to deliver the next day and eventually delivered the parcels three days late. The poor performance of the transport company reflects badly on Appliance Direct. I wanted next day delivery for a good reason, and was let down.
