Every thing about order for a new washer/drier was done exactly as we had hoped for. The new machine was delivered exactly on time and the delivery men were polite and courteous, they even unpacked the machine and left it in the exact place e for me to install.well done to all involved, we will recommend appliances direct to all and sundry./
