We ordered a new fridge freezer and had excellent service throughout. I had emails confirming the order and a phone call to arrange delivery. On the day of delivery, the very courteous delivery men phoned with a time and when they arrived, the removed the old fridge freezer and unpacked the new one with great care. I received excellent service and would buy from Appliancedirect again
