Very happy with the whole process, unfortunately delivery was a few hours later than expected due to the van breaking down but was contacted straight away & they were very apologetic & gave me an estimated time. Delivered the dryer, put it in place & took all the packaging. Really friendly drivers & product itself is fine & a godsend to have again!
