Terrible. I brought a cooker for my elderly mum. They confirmed delivery and time. She stayed in all Friday morning and no one showed up. She rang customer services who told the driver ran out of time on his tach?? At 1-2 pm her delivery was then put back to the tues. I’ll stick with currys next time...avoid
