We had a delivery time in the morning, I am a driving instructor and had lesson that morning that I cancelled to allow for the delivery of my Fridge, the morning came and went and no contact at all as later I found that the delivery man didn't have my correct contact details. I had a 2 hour lesson at 1.30 pm which I had to cancel as my fridge turned up at 2:45 pm, I contacted App Direct for a refund of my cancelled lesson with no reply what so ever, never going to use them again.
