Paid for next day delivery and the washing machine was here by twelve. Plummed in by the delivery men and working by half twelve. Old machine taken away. All well worth the extra cost for this service. The delivery men were polite and friendly. Washing machine is a dream compared to the old one. Recommend appliances direct with five stars!
