Ordering the goods was very good. The delivery was really bad. I was told I had a three hour gap. I was told it would be delivered between 10.15 and 12.15. I was tracking it and before I left work at 12.30. it said it would be between 12.35 and 13.15. when I got home I received a message saying it would be 2hours before I would receive the cooker, this was at 12.35. it hadn't come at 4pm so I rang them to be told the van had broken down. Then about 10 minutes later I received a call to say it wouldn't be getting delivered till the following day between the hrs of 7.15 and 9am. At 7.55 I received a call saying they were stuck in traffic. I said it had to be there before 8.30 as I had to go to work. They said that if I wasn't there they would reshcedule. I said that was unacceptable.it was delivered on time but i think the customer service was really poor.
