I was a bit disappointed when the original delivery date was changed, but at least I was notified. The cooker is really good and the service was excellent with an easy to order system and being kept informed at all stages of delivery. Good quality at a good price. I do think the delivery should be included in the price though as there is no option to collect! I was shocked when I got to the checkout to find another £19.95 added to the total cost. That is a nasty surprise and when paying almost £300 for something you would expect delivery to be included. Not sure if I would use the company again because of that.
