The most unreliable company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to a member of the complaints dept. I have posted a complaint but like all other systems at Appliances Direct, it returned an error when sent.
The worst I can rate this company is very poor, which is way above the level I experienced.
