We found the whole process simple and straightforward. The information on the website is simple in the front page, but the other pages are comprehensive enabling you to short list your items and check the fit etc from the short list. The task of placing the order was simple and it was nice to be able to truly choose a delivery date rather than be told when was to receive it. This was important as we were replacing an oven that needed to be removed. The pickup of the old appliance is a sensible price, a lot cheaper than some councils charge these days. I have used appliances direct before and based on this experience I will use them again in the future
