Ordered an ElectriQ robot vac from them. Excellent price, easy to order online, prompt delivery and appropriate packaging. Then wanted to order some spares, so emailed them (at the weekend) and got a courteous and very helpful reply within 24hrs. Veru satisfied - would definitely order from them again
