Appalling. I paid for faster delivery but it took 10 days to arrive. The it was a fridge freezer, the reason they couldnt deliver was traffic. Then they failed to deliver the following morning. As a result food was spoiled and lost wages. I complained they paid the fast delivery charge but no response on our requests for compensation. Customer service shuts at 6 pm, delivery booked for 6 30pm so we waited in until 9 pm. No messages at all. Delivery people were non committal. Silence to my emails on compensation. Might have felt differently if this had been a dishwasher say. But A fridge freezer is rather more urgent.
