Ordered Yale security alarm with a next day delivery. Was told last minute that this was no longer possible and new date issued for the following week. This again was changed last minute (the night before). I complained and the delivery was refunded. Apart from
That all dealings have been ok, they have kept in touch and honoured on promises but just a bit disappointing not to receive goods initially. Alarm has been excellent now it is installed.
