Shocking company! Purchased a tv on the 24th February > delivery out on the 26th > AD gave no instructions to the delivery firm to call me like they said > delivery had to be rearranged to be delivered to my work even though its a huge tv > after a day I realise the tv is faulty > contact AD > Told they need to collect it and test it, AD say it will take 2-5 days to get back to them, then another 2-5 to test it > tv collected Monday 4th March > I call AD on the 8th to check up > Tv received on the 7th and has been sent for testing > No word all week after, I call on the 14th but AD cant tell me anything > I call again on the 18th and AD confirm my tv is faulty and a replacement will be delivered to me on the 19th (Today) > Now receive email saying delivery is on the 20th..............shocking service
