Delivery was very prompt but the driver was less than competent. He had been driving with his van door open and a parcel (not ours) had fallen onto the drive and he hadn't noticed. He had great trouble finding out parcel. The returns policy is quite demanding. I purchased a small TV for my mother and immediately found out it was too small for her to see clearly. Yes you can return but you have to sort and pay for your own courier and they will deduct from the refund for any thing you have to do to the product to install it (in case this case screw the base on). In the end we decided to give it to charity instead - it was very cheap.
