I ordered my appliance online, had an almost instant confirmation of my purchase, and I received a dispatch email, followed by a further email so that I could track my order via DHL.
My appliance arrived on the Monday lunchtime (I had ordered it on the Saturday).
I am VERY happy with my item. A Electriq pressure cooker, which is easy to use, extremely efficient and the food cooked tastes excellent!!!
The service I received was second to none. I was kept informed every step of the way, no complaints at all and would definitely use them again. Superb.
