Easy to order online. Later that day received a phone call checking my order and explaining delivery procedure. I was offered the usual extended guarantee for an extra payment, but no pressure was put on me and as soon as I said no thank you it was politely accepted and the subject changed. Delivery was exactly as explained. A two hour slot texted to me the day before, a phone call 30 minutes before. Delivery people polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again.
