awful experience.
Do not go by their claims on their website for available collection dates.
Travelled 2 hours to collect the item for them to tell us it is not ready for collection. Annoying as that was, a delivery date was then arranged which was not met, and automatically changed delivery date without consulting us. Rang to enquire what was going on - no answer waited 20 minutes!!!
Thinking saving money purchasing from the company when in fact just waisted time, money commuting, plumber cancellation fees, and days holiday!!!
