Avoid at all cost. Oredered a cooker and a fridge totaling nearly £3000. They charged my credit card jut to let me know next day that it is agaist company policy to accept my spanich credit card to deliver to an UK address????? All I need is to have it delivered it to a shipping company to ship them over to me in Spain. After cancelling the order, they are still holding my three grand with an excuse of- it takes around 3 working days to process. Well they could see my details when I paid for it, but still took my money. I'm stuck now as I can't buy the apliances elsewhere because they are holding my money.
Their costumer service is a joke, I'm ordering from John Lewis as soon as I get my money back, little bit more money to pay for the same cooker, no delivery charge or 1% credit card surcharge which makes the cooker actually cheaper at the end by about 40 quid and JL customer service to me now, after dealin with Apliances Direct, seems like a different universe. Very helpfull, polite and looking after their costumers.
