if you find yourself in need of a repair or replacement under the standard manufacturer's 12 month warranty you could be messed around no end being constantly made promises of calls back and parts being sent out but with no substance but you will end up with a massive phone bill from holding on the phone to their premium rate number for up to 45 minutes at a time in my experience only to be messed around again and told another pack of lies about when your replacement part will be sent out. you will also waste days waiting in for a promised delivery that never arrives. All together disgusting customer service and no better off 2 weeks after the initial promise of a replacement part.
