I purchased a gas hob from appliance direct online on the 1/11/19 item wasn’t in stock I placed order so I could collect from Huddersfield store guessing it will be there Next day Saturday like every where else I shop. Saturday came I received an email that my order Is in progress Saturday afternoon I get an email I can collect my order on Tuesday the 5/11/19 I was a little confused at this point why so long of a wait Bare in mind I paid £2.50 to collect from store. Come to Tuesday I received a nother email stating once my order is ready I will receive an email that I can pick up my item. I waited all morning no email rang customer service at 11:30am they said yes you could go Huddersfield store and collect anytime after 15:00 I traveled 4 miles to store where some one is telling me to wait another couple of hours or go to Elland store one is there I said why should I travel to eland now whilst I paid to collect from here last Friday he was so arrogant and replied we’ll just wait for a few hours then. the time was 16:00 now I was angry and said this is a joke refund me this is too much so I’m back on the phone to customer services and again they are telling me to go back to the store my order is ready to collect at Huddersfield so I go back when I get there One of the staff apologised and said your item is ready to collect and went to the back of the store to get my order only just to come back 10 minutes later to tell me my item is not at the store I don’t know why we don’t have it I was so angry and disappointed it was unreal I have never had anything like this before it was just mad now I’m waiting for my refund
