I ordered and paid for on oven to be delivered on Saturday 02/11/19. I received an email and phone call confirming delivery would be Saturday. 7am Saturday morning I received a text advising it would not be delivered until Monday which was completely unacceptable. I then spent 30 minutes trying to contact you to cancel at supposedly 0.13 a minute however this cost me over £20.00 as they really charge £0.58 a minute. Then when I was refunded they didn’t refund the delivery charges, another phone call to sort out. Although the people I spoke to were really nice this is appalling service and you need to be honest about the phone charges.
