Awful service/Company
Orded dehumidifier 10th dec for nexr day delivery, item did not arrive. Had to chase over and over again and eventualy got it a week later. item broke within 2 weeks! took the broken item back nd was told I had to wait 2 days for a engineers report, had to wait 4 days! was told it was broken and I would have a new one via next day service, 9 days later no item! had tp phone customer services again for the 11th time!!!!! now waiting for a refund!!!! also I purchased a second dehumidifier while the first one I bought was repaired. that also did not arrive so I have had to get a refund on that.
BE WARNED PEOPLE.......THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
