My phone was delivered much quicker than expected and within the one hour slot that had been allocated.
I was having a slight issue with my phone not connecting to my home wifi and on contacting Appliances Direct, as I thought the phone may be faulty, they were quick to reply to my email to try and help.
Turns out there was nothing wrong with the phone, the problem was with my router and my ISP got this sorted.
