A shambolic company. Further to my earlier review I have now received a refund from AD but this EXCLUDES the delivery charge of £9.99. I have also received my latest telephone bill which includes 6 calls to their customer services at a total cost of £17.36.
In summary it is not worth dealing with this company..
I have now ordered a replacement Hotpoint tumble dryer from Argos - this has now arrived direct from the factory and do you know it works !!
