After talking with them and joining up on line, they arranged for an engineer to pop out to try and repair our one of our Kitchen units. However, as he was then able show us that it had a major problem, we decided to just buy a new one. So after paying him to do that via our Appliance Direct account. We were then able to close our account and get our original cost back. Something we only did because our other systems are all quite new etc. So, a big thank you to Appliance direct for their initial support an, their very impressive response to our request. Certainly a company we will be very happy to join up with again once our standard warranties expire.
