Personally I could not fault either the product or their service. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Delivery timescales were top drawer and the delivery guys / process were first class. Oven broke on the Sunday night at 1930hrs, new one arrived Tuesday morning at 1030hrs - very happy bunny.
