DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY - £175 down the drain!
Bought a sink from Appliances Direct. After opening the delivery to be fitted, I found that the sink was snapped in half! I found upon ringing their customer service line, they said that because I hadn't discovered the fault with the 5 DAY time limit specified in their returns policy (I ordered this just before Christmas), I wasn't eligible for a replacement!
Now it looks like I may have to take this to an ombudsmen service or even court. I don't know why they make this so difficult, worst purchase I've ever made!
