I rang Appliances Direct as I was looking to buy a Beko upright freezer and at the time I was in Currys, purely to physically view the item in question. The sales person gave incorrect information and I rang Appliance Direct to check their price and the very helpful guy I spoke to confirmed a very good price for the same item and I ordered it from them on the spot. As it turned out, the total price was way cheaper than Currys could do it..and that was before Currys add in their times delivery charge and VAT. Appliances Direct - very helpful and efficient.
