APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHERRY PICKING REVIEWS.
Every chance this will get removed before many people read it as apparently the reviews for this company are cherry picked. Machine was damaged in transit. I have been battling for 5 days for a replacement, and been made to feel like I've been done a favour for it to finally be replaced. Flat out refusal to reimburse my launderette costs. Misleading and inaccurate information from each customer service person I spoke with and refusal to put me through to managers. A nice apology by email but not backed up with appropriate actions. Quite simply the worst appliance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
