Poor service for returns. The company barred my mobile number because they knew I was going to call almost straight away to return it. I admit I should’ve kept the box; however on first instinct of keeping the item; I asked them to take it away as there was no way of storing a 65” tv box in our home. They then refuse to send it back when I request a return. All around poor service from a company that generally offer good deals. They also claim to have “high volume of calls and to call back in 11 minutes” (every call made) which had to be made through the landline since being barred (for whatever reason that was). They should’ve jumped to help when I told them I needed to return; instead I’m running around after them. Not happy.
