I ordered an Air Purifier from AppliancesDirect which arrived faulty, after I tried to submit a return the customer service was very unhelpful and sent extremely late replies, I tried to arrange for a collection to return the item and they never sent me a label for this, I have asked 2 more times and both times they have not sent the label. I am having to repeatedly ask and reschedule, no luck so far.
I tried calling only to be told they will call me back, I have not received a callback and I feel like I am being ignored.
