Well to be honest i called today, 1st taking 10 minutes to get through to Kitchen department only to find out they had to transper me to that dept. i asked the person who answered is that the Kitchen appliance dept, answer "it can be" so not a good start for advise, i am kitting out Washing machine, double oven, Tumbledryer, dish washer, induction hob, cooker hood, do i speak with you for any deal or do i go through my kitchen supplier to get trade prices, answer we only do retail on the phone or online, he then followed up by saying phew we are getting phone calls every minute, i said if you are to busy for me to ask questions before i decide to travel or buy then you don't want my business, which will be around £3,500, he said you can shop around then call back to price match & hung up, how do i as a potential customer (by the way i have purchased 2 laptops in the past) feel confident that i will get 1. the best advise 2. the best deal 3. best customer service, someone tell me?
