Terrible from start to finish for us. Customer service is very bad for this day and age. Item came damaged,(not their fault, delivery service) arranged to send back, then said not got the same in stock. So offered a replacement of newer model and a £30 goodwill voucher. We agreed to this and nothing else was sent. Recieved email of a £30 voucher but still no aircon unit. Rang up and was told the £30 was for us keeping the broken unit! We havent even got a unit as they took it back. Asked for a full refund as this has take over 10 days. Tried to get away with not refunding the £14.99 postage! Waiting on refund to get back to my bank as of now. This has been the worst online shopping experience we have ever had. Ridiculously slow response online via email. Takes far too long to get through on phone. Appalled. I would NOT recommend based on our experience.
