My freezer broke during isolation and I lost most of my frozen food. Appliances Direct managed to get me a chest freezer delivered to my barn the next day! My only issue was that it was delivered upside down and because the delivery men can’t take any packaging away, I had to lift it and put it in place by myself! I’m only slight and no one to help me, so they lost a star there because of it being delivered the wrong way up. Never mind, job done and Rosie in customer service was lovely, patient and very helpful! Thank you Appliances Direct - just please check your packaging!
