Really helpful on the phone as had problem ordering online. Bought a freezer and had it delivered the day after, although paid more than would have like but a lot of freezers were out of stock in these unprecedented times. It was also delivered earlier in the day than said. The only issue was it had been laid on its side during transit rather than upright which I informed Appliances Direct and the delivery company.
