The cooker delivery was so badly damaged it was unusable. Then offered an insulting offer of £70 discount to keep it. Returning it was a nightmare, after explaining it needed collecting by Friday as we wouldn’t be there after that they booked it for the following week. When asked to confirm it would be collected from the delivery address and not the billing address the answer was “ We don’t know. If you wait until the courier phones on the day of collection they can tell you”.
Avoid at all cost.
