The service I got from the beginning to the end was first class. My washing machine needing replacing during the Covid 19 lockdown and finding a company that was able to fit the new machine was difficult. The girl at customer service arranged everything for me and the machine arrived as promised. Micah and his colleague fitted the new machine and took away the old one as arranged. He was friendly and professional and even straightened the cupboard door next to the integral washing machine. The price of the washing machine was the lowest I found, fitting fee was expensive but that could have been due to the lockdown, I was happy paying it to get the job done.
