Unbelievably bad service I can not believe how bad this service is. Bought a new TV which has a fault but after days of endless phone calls and emails, #appliancesdirect continue to give excuses to refund me even though I asked for this to be returned within 3 hours of receiving the faulty LED TV. They refuse to honour the 14-day cooling-off period with endless time-wasting games so that the 14 days expire. Today I received my 8th email stating I now have to wait another 3 days for the technical team to review the photo I sent to prove the fault. 72 hours to look at a photo! After I had already received an email stating I needed to wait 48 hours to pass my return request to the technical team. I find it really insulting that Appliances direct treat their customers with contempt as well as treating them like fools
