Completely bad experience do not use them go to someone else.
Our cooker is broken
On Thursday 7th May we ordered a new cooker from this company
We paid extra for next day delivery a total of nearly 600 pounds
We were then contacted to say they hadn't realised it was BH on Friday 8th May so would deliver Sat 9th May.
We then were contacted to day delivery would not be until Monday 11th. No reason given
Delivery time was 2pm to 4 pm
5pm had an email to say would not be there until 5 30 pm
Then e mail to say driver had run out of time and delivery would not be made
Several emails and calls later all initiated by us were told not sure when they could deliver maybe Friday
So £600 down when husband is not working due to covid19
No cooker
No delivery date
Living on microwave meals and sandwiches
Been trying for last 2 hours to get response from company
No reply to email
No reply to phone calls keep getting cut off
If could give them no stars I would have
Terrible service
No customer care at all
Got our money so not interested if can't cook a meal
Totally unreliable
