Awful service and even worse customer care
Ordered new cooker on 7th May paid for cooker and extra for next day delivery
Received confirmation of delivery for Friday 8th
Then received email to say could not delivery next day as BH
Delivery promised for Sat 9th
Then received email to say could not deliver Sat 9th would deliver
Monday 11th between 2pm and 4 pm
Tracking on 11th also show same info
Email at 4pm to.say delivery not until 5 30pm
Email at 5pm to say could not deliver today as driver had run out of time
Unable to contact anyone by phone or email so far today
I would not advise anyone to rely on this company for either a promised delivery or decent customer care
£600 down and unable to cook
Living on microwave mealsand sandwiches
The worst frustration is that no one cares
