The worst customer service ever.
I ordered a cooker hood from them. The cooker hood arrived damaged. I reported that trough their data base including uploading a pictures. It has been a very difficult process. I was waiting few days for reply. After 5 days I received a text saying that they can refund me £30 if I keep the cooker hood. For what I will need a damaged cooker hood a? The most silly offer that I have ever received. Just to me make it clear I wanted a new cooker hood or like to like I didn't want money back.
I did try to contact them again waiting few hours on their phone line , at the end someone has answered the call and then closed the line. NO reply on my emails.
I have reported them to Citizen Advice , will not recommend to anybody any of their services. Avoid !
