I had 7 appliance costing close to £5,000 delivered on Friday, the American fridge was damaged. I had an email to confirm they would give me £150 or replace or refund, but 8 days on I have been unable to speak with anyone, and all my emails are ignored. I also took out extended warranties on all the products, which I’ll be cancelling as a result. Very poor after service. Shop elsewhere.
