If you have complained about anything they then set their automatic switchboard to detect your phone number and keep you at the back of any phone queue if you try to contact them a second time. I was in a phone queue for two hours before I gave up, which of course, is exactly what they want.
And you WONT find an email address. That would make it far too easy for you to complain.
Their ratings are calculated and based on the number of people who can actually get through to make a complaint.
Heed my warning.
