Be prepared to be charged a fortune to use their support line... it’s been two weeks since I received my faulty range cooker, Appliances Direct have not supported me at all. I have now worked directly with the cooker manufacturer to arrange a replacement. If you want to run the risk of not receiving any decent after sales service ... be my guest
